A tricanter centrifuge (also called 3-phase decanter centrifuge) is a high-efficiency horizontal spiral separation equipment designed specifically for simultaneous oil-water-solid separation. Working Principle
The REYES tricanter centrifuge relies on high-speed rotation to generate strong centrifugal force, which separates three components (heavy liquid, light liquid, and solid) in the mixed material according to their density differences. When the material enters the rotating drum, solid particles with the highest density are thrown to the drum wall and discharged by the screw conveyor; the middle-density heavy liquid and low-density light liquid form separate layers and overflow from different outlets respectively. This one-step 3-phase separation design realizes fully automatic continuous operation, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
